LiveBetter launches with 24 EU-funded projects

Launch Milestone

LiveBetter opens with a delivery-first model: each workstream is tied to concrete services, measurable outcomes, and clear ownership across partners. Instead of building one-off prototypes, the consortium is shaping a repeatable implementation framework that can be reused in municipalities, portfolios, and market-facing renovation programs.

The first phase concentrates on aligning governance, data structures, and operating rules so technical outputs are immediately usable by non-technical stakeholders. This foundation is designed to shorten the distance between project evidence and real decisions in procurement, operations, and investment planning.

Core principle: every dataset and model must be understandable, traceable, and decision-ready for actors beyond the technical team.

First 90-day actions

  1. Validate common data dictionaries and exchange formats.
  2. Configure hub-level quality controls and auditability checks.
