Understand the LiveBetter work-package structure and how each stream contributes to delivery.

  1. WP1 Project management and coordination Manages overall coordination, ensuring activities are on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the Grant Agreement, including financial management, quality control, and risk mitigation.
  2. WP2 Data Intelligence Framework for enhanced quality and interoperability Develops a unified data architecture and ensures data quality for high-performance management, feeding into the LiveBetter Hub and AI-based services.
  3. WP3 Development of the Intelligent AI-based Data-driven LiveBetter Services Creates AI-driven services for energy forecasting, renovation planning, and demand-response optimization, integrating real-time data to improve energy efficiency.
  4. WP4 Synthesis of the EU BSO-compliant LiveBetter Hub Designs and implements the LiveBetter Hub, enabling data and service exchanges, ensuring EU BSO compliance, and managing a community of data providers.
  5. WP5 Design, testing and adoption of services Tests and demonstrates LiveBetter services across end users, providing feedback loops, environmental impact evaluations, and policy recommendations.
  6. WP6 Exploitation, replication, and sustainability of project results and links with financing and investments Focuses on sustainability, market uptake, and exploitation through market analysis, business models, and mapping financing schemes for energy renovations.
  7. WP7 Dissemination, communication and capacity building Handles communication, dissemination, and capacity building, promoting LiveBetter outcomes, organising training, and establishing a community of practice.
